I’m Raffaella Rossi, Montessori teacher and early Years expert. I love working with young children and support parents and fellow educators in raising confident and independent children.

My story as a Montessori teacher began somewhere between London, UK and La Paz, Bolivia. After completing my University studies in History of Art and working for some years in the travel industry, I started developing a sense of dissatisfaction and the feeling that I needed to do something that mattered. Unsure of what it was, I picked up my backpack and spent some time travelling.

The answers I was looking for came about in the nursery of a small village near La Paz, where I finally realized that working with children was the thing that mattered. Once back in London I first obtained the Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy and then the Foundation Degree in Montessori Early Childhood Practice.

Over the years I have been lucky enough to work with hundreds of toddlers and pre-preschoolers in various Montessori settings, while also reaching out to families and educators through online courses and consultations.

Through this website, I hope to share my own experience as a Montessori educator and inspire others adults, parents and teachers, to join me in this learning journey.
